Mini sausage roll – flaked puff pastry encapsulating our own specially
seasoned and blended premium sausage mince filling, lightly baked to perfection.

Party pies – shortcrust base filled with premium grade beef and gravy.

Baby quiche – shortcrust shell with either onion, bacon and cheese or onion,
cheese and freshly grated zucchini, filled with specially constructed egg blend.

Baby cheese and spinach – puff pastry parcel with rice, cheese, spinach,
and caramelised onion, loving crafted to present a petite turnover.

Sandwiches – quarter cut two filling sandwich made from our own
white and multigrain bread, any combination of the following fillings available:

Meat– ham, chicken, tuna, turkey, roast beef, salmon.

Salads – tomato, egg, lettuce, carrot, beetroot, onion, cucumber,alf alfa,
tasty cheese, cheddar cheese, avocado, chutney, pickles, mayonnaise.


CAKES

Cup cakes – lightly whipped and baked to produce a fluffy moist texture,
complimented with a sugar icing.

Mini muffins – flavours change on a daily basics. Orange and poppy seeds,
apricot and almond, choc-chip, double choc-chip, banana and walnut, blueberry,
raspberry and white choc, and many more.

Iced donut and cinnamon donuts – cake donut fried till just golden brown,
sugar iced, or cinnamon sugared, presents with a light cake texture.

Jam donut – European style donut traditionally formed sweet dough, proved till light
pillows and fried till golden brown, sugared, and plunged with raspberry jam.

Mini custard tart – sweet shortcrust shell, filled with boiled custard, set and dusted
with micro planed nutmeg.

Mini hedgehog – combination of cocoa, butter and biscuit baked in a thin slice and
finished with a rich chocolate fudge icing.

Mini caramel tart – sweet shortcrust shell, with caramel made to a malleable
consistency and star piped into the shells, drizzled with melted chocolate.

Mini éclair – scratch recipe choux pastry, beaten and piped, baked with steam injection.
Cooled and filled with fresh cream and half immersed in melted chocolate.

Jam tart – boiled raspberry conserve straight piped into a sweet shortcrust shell.

Mini mousse tart – specially assembled and lightly folded chocolate mousse,
gently piped into a sweet shell, finished with shaved chocolate flakes.
